Can't save my profil correctly

Sorry if I'm in the complete wrong place… But I subscribed to GDNET+ to be able to have a contractor profile. But the problem is that when I try to update and save some infos like: Birth date / Roles / Years of experience / Interest, it just won't stay after refreshing, it just disapears. I tried typing it again and save again, it doesn't work at all. So when you go on my contractor profile you can't even see what type of work I'm doing or my experience. Please help me figure out how I could …
